Shipping Policy

Seafood by Tortuga currently delivers within the Mumbai Western line, covering areas from Virar to Churchgate.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically delivered on the same day, subject to product availability and delivery scheduling.

Most deliveries are handled by our in-house delivery staff to ensure freshness and proper handling of seafood products. In certain situations, trusted third-party delivery partners may also be used.

Before reaching the delivery location, the delivery executive may call or message the customer to confirm their availability and ensure a smooth delivery process.
